Mr Lyle is a qualified attorney with extensive experience in divorce law and commercial litigation. Mr Lyle was co-founder and former General Counsel of Impact Capital Limited, Australia’s largest provider of divorce litigation finance. From 2005 to 2009 Mr Lyle managed the Company’s divorce finance loan book, and during that period wrote over $70 million of loans. He was also instrumental in listing the Company on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2005.
Mr Lyle holds a Masters of Applied Finance and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment.
Mr. Lyle has extensive corporate experience in Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and the United States. He is a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and he is a Board member of companies in the U.S, U.K and Australia.
Dr. Frank Lieber PhD
Dr. Lieber is an international capital markets expert with more than 20 years experience in risk assessment and transaction structuring.
Dr Lieber structured hedge programs and derivatives solutions on the Chicago exchanges, headed the research team at JPMorgan in Zurich, led the structured notes desk for Mitsubishi-Bank of Tokyo in London, and he directed global risk management advisory teams at Price Waterhouse in New York and for Moody's-KMV. He also serves as Adjunct Professor of Finance at NYU Stern School of Business.
Dr. Lieber holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematical Economics and Business from the University of Lausanne, studied as a post-graduate Fullbright scholar at the University of Chicago, and earned his PhD in Financial Econometrics from the University of Geneva.
